The Learning Hub leverages technology to provide Advisory Board members, investors, peer panelists, and grantee partners with real-time insights on the grantmaking process, pipeline and final ‘portfolio’ of grantees. The Hub includes a virtual learning space where all Fund stakeholders have an opportunity to share successes, failures and learnings.
A key learning for the Resilience Fund has been the varying safeguarding concerns of grantee partners in the regions. Due to this, key insights are collected, analyzed and shared with the network in a safe way.
Over the past two years, the Learning Hub Approach invested in building trust between the different stakeholders and held various spaces to create connections between community-based feminist organizations and investors.
The Hub is currently reflecting on how it can hold both, physical and virtual spaces for partner/investor meetings in a post-COVID world.
